Did you know?
- American individuals and companies together spend more than $13 Trillion per year on goods and services.
- That if only 1% of Americans and or companies re-allocated their spending dollars using a service like ClearSpend, this has an impact of $130 BILLION on the economy. WalMart, the world's biggest company, only makes $13 Billion in profit each year. If a company makes a mere (LOL) $500 million in profits, a focused effort by concerned Americans can be quite effective in changing a company's behavior for the better. And very quickly if the company feels like its profit margin will dwindle by even a small fraction.
- Your dollar counts TWICE! For every dollar you spend at a company of your choice, you are denying another company that same dollar.
- Your political vote can be and is bought every election. With electronic voting schemes, votes evaporate without a trace. Every four years, the average American is given a 'choice' between bad and even worse.
REAL power lies in the hands of the consumer. Roar and be heard. Given a choice, many Americans would gladly avoid spending money at companies that don't support their value system. If you find it offensive when a company abuses their workers, puts out large amounts of pollution, or engages in illegal practices, then deny them your business by finding their competitor who engages in what you consider ethical practices.
Remember, it only takes a small fraction of Americans to care enough to make that decision to spend their money more wisely to build a better society.
And lastly, Think of the children!!!
